Shipping Conditions
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Monaco.
Shipping is not available to the following overseas islands: Åland Islands, Bouvet Island, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Mayotte, Réunion.
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €7,50 per order.
For orders over €30,00, we offer free shipping within Germany.
Deliveries abroad:
We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries as follows:
EU: € 25,00
For orders over €100.00, we offer free shipping within the EU.
Switzerland: € 30,00
For orders over €150.00, we offer free shipping to Switzerland.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany will take 1-3 days, and international deliveries will take 3-5 days from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of prepayment, from the time of your payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
